Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, visiting industries, and prospective customers across geography, promoting our products and services. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development: Identify and approach new business opportunities across geography.
Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and presenting products/services to match their needs.
Product Presentation: Effectively demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our products to potential clients.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and remain competitive.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales calls, visits, and follow-ups.
Travel: Regular travel to meet prospective and existing customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage with customers and build long-term relationships.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proven sales experience is a plus.
